Purchase policy

Reboot Camp is a one-day retreat at Warren House in Kingston on September 26th 2020.

Reboot Camp is a subsidiary of Wow PR Ltd with registered offices at 16 Geneva Road, Kingston. KT1 2TW

1.

Tickets for Reboot Camp are available on this site and from Billetto and Eventbrite where added fees apply.

2.

In order to make a purchase from us, you must be 18 years of age or more and able to enter into legally binding contracts, you must also have a valid credit or debit card.

3.

All prices are inclusive of VAT although added fees will be applicable if purchasing from Eventbrite or Billetto.

4.

The sale price of tickets can increase or decrease at any time based on demand. You will not be entitled to a refund or credit if the price you paid for a ticket is more than a subsequent sale price.

5.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be refunded the full ticket price. Only the purchaser of the ticket will be valid for the refund.

6.

You will not require a paper ticket to enter the event, but you must have registered your name and contact details with us. These will not be passed onto any third parties or used for any purpose other than to keep you up to date with any relevant news of the Reboot Camp event and to confirm your registration.

7.

Tickets are non-refundable, although if for any reason you are unable to attend, we will as a matter of courtesy, try and resell your ticket and offer a full refund. This cannot be guaranteed.

8.

You may resell or transfer your ticket as long as you inform us in advance and ensure we have the correct contact details for the attendee.

9.

Tickets are sold subject to Wow PR’s right to alter or vary the programme of Reboot Camp.

10.

Reboot Camp reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the venue in the interests of public safety in the case of unacceptable behaviour, nuisance, injury or damage etc.

11.

Our sessions are for all ages and levels of fitness, but we advise all participants to ensure that they are medically fit to take part – all of the sessions can be done seated if required.

12.

The sound healing session is not suitable for those with pacemakers or pregnant women. You will be offered quiet reflective time instead.

14.

Reboot Camp will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or your property if there is no breach or contract or legal duty of care, where such loss or damage is not a result of any such breach and where it results from your negligence or breach by you.

15.

Refreshments, lunch and parking will be provided on the day. You will be responsible for any other expenditure such as travel, accommodation etc.

16.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any change in contact details.

17.

Nothing in this purchase policy affects or restricts your statutory rights, your right to make a complaint to Trading Standards or other appropriate regulatory authorities.

18.

We do not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour towards the staff at Warren House or our facilitators or other participants.
